This Privacy Policy describes the purposes for which and the manner in which MSKS IP Inc., its successors and affiliates, including the operations doing business as “FlannelJax’s”, (collectively and individually referred to throughout this document as “FlannelJax’s”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses personal data or information collected from users of this Website. This Policy also describes procedures available for users who have questions, complaints or disputes relating to FlannelJax’s handling of their personal data.

Do Not Track

Note that your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to websites and online services you visit. There is no consensus among industry participants as to what “Do Not Track” means in this context. Like many websites and online services, FlannelJax’s currently does not alter its practices when it receives a “Do Not Track” signal from a visitor’s browser.

Sweepstakes, Contests, Surveys, Polls, and Promotions

We may offer sweepstakes, contests, surveys, polls, and other promotions (each, a “Promotion”) that may require registration or for you to submit Personal Information/Personal Data. FlannelJax’s may disclose personal data or information collected from users to third parties acting as FlannelJax’s agents to perform tasks on behalf of and under the instructions of FlannelJax’s. Questions, Complaints and Disputes

You can request access to your personal information stored by FlannelJax’s so you can review and verify existence, accuracy and completeness and request changes to the information and make any necessary updates to your personal information.

If a user has any questions, complaints, or disputes with FlannelJax’s with respect to the organization’s handling of personal data, a user may notify FlannelJax’s by sending an email to marketing@flanneljaxs.com. FlannelJax’s may modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice to FlannelJax’s users or the public.
