Axe Throwing Venue Announces Charitable Organization Program

FlannelJax’s donating 25% of Sunday axe throwing to local charitable organizations

August 14, 2024 | St. Paul, Minnesota — FlannelJax’s St. Paul today announced the FlannelJax’s Gives Back program designed to uplift and aid local charitable organizations doing crucial work in the Twin Cities.

“With this new program, we are excited to contribute to the betterment of our community by supporting a different organization each month,” said Stephen Schober, CEO of FlannelJax’s. “In addition to having some fun at our FlannelJax’s venues, charitable organizations can benefit through both financial donations and by shining a spotlight on their efforts. We applaud the dedication and hard work these impact-driven organizations provide to the citizens of the Twin Cities.”

Stating in August, FlannelJax’s aims to partner with a different charitable organization each month. During that month, 25% of the axe throwing revenue on Sundays will be donated to the featured organization and will also be spotlighted on FlannelJax’s social media. To kick-off this new initiative, during the month of August, the program will support Repowered (https://getrepowered.org/) – an organization that gives technology a second run and the people who restore it a fair chance.

“Partnering with FlannelJax’s embodies our commitment to community and interconnectedness — two core values at Repowered,” said Heather Walch, CEO of Repowered. “By giving technology a second chance and offering meaningful opportunities to those who restore it, we create pathways for success for both people and the planet. Collaborating with local organizations like FlannelJax’s amplifies our mission and strengthens our shared dedication to making a positive impact in the Twin Cities and beyond. Together, we’re building a more resilient and connected community.”
